We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs and the arrangement of the return label are your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Right of Withdrawal within the EU – 14 Days
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
